Junk removal is charged in two parts. Service time covers collection, loading, transport, unloading and travel or call-out, and is charged by the hour. The disposal fee is separate, based on the actual weight and type of waste at transfer station rates, with a minimum of $95 including GST. Your quote confirms the charges before you book.

Our piano relocation charge is $149 including GST, added to moving time at our hourly rates of $125 to $169 per hour + GST, depending on the type of move and truck size, for a truck and two movers. Grand and baby grand pianos are assessed individually. Send the make, length and photos of the route at both ends. If the move cannot be completed safely with our available equipment, we will tell you before booking so you can arrange a specialist.

No. We provide pick-ups and deliveries to and from storage, not the storage itself. You choose and rent a unit directly from a storage provider, and we handle the move in and out.
