Apartments, houses and awkward access
For an apartment, ask building management about move times, lift bookings, loading bays and clearance for the truck. Arrange those bookings at both ends and tell us about any time limits before we set the schedule. Our apartment moving service works around the building's requirements.
For a house, check driveway width, slopes, gates and the distance between the door and a safe loading point. Measure large furniture against doorways and stairs, and list outdoor settings, shed contents and anything heavy. Basic dismantling and reassembly are included; heavy or bulky items are assessed before booking.
Packing and settling into your new home
Our packing service can cover the whole house or just fragile rooms and high-care pieces. Label cartons with their destination room and keep keys, medication, documents and valuables with you.
If settlement dates leave a gap, we handle pick-ups and deliveries to storage facilities. Confirm access and opening times with your storage provider. At the new address, add unpacking and setup if you want help opening cartons and placing belongings.
Sunshine Coast offices and commercial moves
For an office or warehouse relocation, send an inventory of workstations, cabinets, stock and equipment, plus loading information for each site. A floor plan helps the crew place furniture where each team needs it.

What your Sunshine Coast move costs
A moving truck and two professional movers cost $125 to $169 per hour + GST, depending on the type of move and truck size. Blankets, furniture pads, stretch wrap, straps, trolleys and basic dismantling and reassembly are included.
Travel is charged depot-to-depot or as a call-out fee. We confirm the travel basis, any outer-area charges and applicable extras before you book. Stairs, appliances, items over 90kg and additional stops can affect the total; see the full pricing breakdown.
